• Financial records: Kept for seven years per tax regulations
• Marketing preferences: Deleted immediately upon unsubscribe request
• General inquiries: Removed after two years if no service engagement follows

After retention periods expire, we permanently delete personal information using secure methods. Some anonymized data about service patterns may be retained indefinitely for business planning, but this contains no personally identifiable information.

Service Partners

If your consultation requires specialized expertise we don't have in-house, we may work with other flower care professionals. We'll tell you before sharing your information with anyone outside Movetech Shift, and we require partners to maintain the same privacy standards we follow.

Children's Privacy
